Return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a pickup from your address.

Refunds for prepaid orders go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the pickup. For cash on delivery orders, we refund to your bank account or UPI ID.

Personalised items, beauty products that have been opened, and digital products can't be returned.
